These terms apply to your use of cashformyhouse.us and to messages you receive from Cash For My House, a home-buying brand operated by John A Demitri Jr LLC. Home purchases are made by John A Demitri Jr LLC.

Offers

Any price range shown before an onsite visit is preliminary. A final cash offer is made only after an in-person walkthrough and is binding only when set out in a written purchase agreement signed by you and John A Demitri Jr LLC. You are never obligated to accept an offer.

No agency relationship

When we make an offer we act as a buyer, not as your real estate agent. Licensed local real estate professionals who assist us are independent and do not represent you unless you separately sign an agreement with them.

Cash For My House text messages
